We offer free standard shipping for orders over $200. For orders under this amount, shipping is a flat rate of $12.95.
Once an order is placed please allow 5-7 business days for processing. This does not include shipping times. Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email. A subsequent email with tracking details will follow, keeping you updated on your delivery's progress.
We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit with our postage partners.

Refunds and Returns

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for your online purchase. We will process your refund promptly once the returned goods have been received and inspected.
Please note that sale items are not eligible for refunds; however, they can be returned for an exchange. Be aware that additional shipping fees will apply for the delivery of the exchanged item.
