Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping for orders over $200. For orders under this amount, shipping is a flat rate of $12.95.
Once an order is placed please allow 5-7 business days for processing. This does not include shipping times. Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email. A subsequent email with tracking details will follow, keeping you updated on your delivery's progress.
We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit with our postage partners.

Refunds
If you opt to return an item due to a change of mind, please be aware that you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. A refund or exchange for the returned items can only be processed once we receive them in their original condition and packaging. We strongly encourage you to package the items securely, ideally in the same manner as they were packaged when initially sent to you. Should any items be damaged during the return process, it will be the customer's responsibility to pursue insurance and claims for the cost of such damages.
