Refunds and Returns

In the event you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact info@hausmarkt.com.au to arrange a full refund or exchange. 
Request for refunds or exchanges for retail items must be submitted within ten (10) business days of receiving your items. 
The items must be returned in as-new condition along with all product packaging, labels and tags, unused/unworn, unaltered and generally suitable for resale.
A proof of purchase will be required to complete your return.

Refunds
Refunds will be made via the original payment method you used to make your online purchase. Refunds will be processed as soon as the goods have arrived and have gone through inspection. 
 
Refunds are not offered on sale items, but they may be returned for exchange. Additional shipping will be charged for delivery of exchanged item.

Return Shipping of Items
The items must be packed as securely as possible, just as they were when you received the items from us. If damages do occur during the return postage, insurance and claims for the cost of damages will be responsibility of the customer.

Any postage costs applicable are at the expense of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs for return for exchange are at the customer’s cost.
