The Bauhaus movement was founded in 1919 by German architect Walter Gropius as a school that united applied arts, design, architecture, and new educational approaches. It became influential for its philosophy of functional, modern design. The name Bauhaus translates to “building a house” and was also known as the “School of Building.” Riso-printed with soy-based inks on Munken Lynx 300gsm, each card carries slight variation and occasional offsetting unique to the risograph process.
